if you have an accessibility problem with your Android device or other Google device how can you contact a Google accessibility to help you out or what other options are there keep watching and let's talk about it hi everyone its Kerri from live accessible and if you have an Android device whether it's a Samsung a pixel an LG phone or if it's a Chromebook

Google home Mini or nest Vinny as they call it or any other Google product out there and you have an accessibility problem you can contact Google and they can help you out so my favorite way to contact Google is actually through using be my eyes if you don't know what be my eyes is it's definitely worth looking into be my eyes is a network of volunteers that look through your phone's camera and help you see something but today I have my pixel open to be my eyes and we are actually specialized to help wipe to the right and activate we're going to continue until we get to specialized help so next call first of a specialized health but there we're gonna double tap a specialized help navigate up button we're going to swipe to technical support special about technical three of five in list or five item now we're gonna double tail there have that technical navigate up button and there is a list here with Microsoft be my eyes and Google so we're going to swipe until we get to Google technical about Microsoft Google open three or four and double tap double tap tap be my eyes navigate up button right here is going to take us to the privacy policy you just go to the bottom I'll Google but and there's alcohol angle button and you just double tap my eyes and just like a regular be my eyes session it will call them and you can they can look through your rear camera and they can help you out with whatever accessibility problem that you have with a Google device and just as a side note on under the specialized help there are blindness organizations that you can contact like American Council of the blind National Federation of the blind and Lighthouse for the Blind so in case you want to contact them for some reason to help you out it's this is a great way to contact them besides being my eyes you can also chat with them online if you go to google.
